These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Câ€Â) shall apply to all sale contracts between Storageheaters.com with its principal place of business at 1 Broughton Crossing, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP225AR which operates this website and any customer resident in any of the regions where this website is or will be active (hereinafter, the “Customerâ€Â).
Returns Policy
Customer may return items purchased on Storageheaters.com, without any penalty and without specifying the reason for, within seven (7) calendar days to be counted from the day of receipt by Customer of the concerned item. Customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving product if there is a problem including damage or missing parts for the product.
Before delivering back any item to Storageheaters.com, Customer must call the free phone number 0800 321 3467 in order to get authorization to proceed with the item return.
Items have to be delivered back to Storageheaters.com in a single delivery through a courier or using recorded post within seven (7) calendar days from the date on which the items have been received by Customer. Customer will be help responsible for any delivery costs while sending the product back as explained under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
In addition to terms and procedures mentioned above, Customer’s right to return any item shall be deemed exercised in the proper way subject to compliance with the following:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with any related accessories or instructions booklets. Packaging must be resalable otherwise no refund can be made to the customer. Product must be returned to our warehouse in a resalable condition. Upon receipt of the returned item, Storageheaters.com shall check compliance with the procedure stated above and fulfilment of all relevant conditions. As soon as Storageheaters.com is able to confirm that all such conditions have been met, Storageheaters.com shall send to customer an e-mail message confirming the acceptance of the returned item and start the refund procedure in order to have Customer reimbursed for the price paid for the returned item in the following thirty (14) days, irrelevant of the payment type formerly adopted by Customer. Refund of the item’s price shall always be done to the Customer who made the payment, only.
Should the above mentioned conditions not be met, Customer shall not be entitled to any refund for the price paid to Storageheaters.com; nevertheless, Customer shall have the right, at its risk, costs and expenses, to have the item delivered back to him/her, provided that if Customer does not ask for having the item back, Storageheaters.com shall be entitled to keep such item and withhold any amount connected to the transaction.
Exchange Policy
Storageheaters.com also offers a 30 days exchange guarantee. Product must be resalable and customer must inform us of this decision within 24 hours. Customer will be responsible for cost of carriage when returning the products.
Manufacturer Warranty
Customer is entitled to a manufacturer’s warranty covering any defects of Dimplex items purchased on Storageheaters.com for 2 (two) years from delivery. An engineer from Dimplex the manufacturer will come out and repair the product after it has been installed free of charge. Any claim beyond this timeframe shall be ineffective. Subject to the conditions set forth below, Customer is entitled to ask for and receive a refund for the amount paid for the defective items.
Before delivering back any defective item back to Storageheaters.com, Customer has to call the free phone number 0800 321 3467 in order to get authorization to proceed with the defective item return.
Defective items have to be delivered back to Storageheaters.com at Customer’s risks, costs and expenses, through a courier within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which Customer notified the defect by calling the free phone number mentioned above.
Upon receipt of the defective item, if Storageheaters.com is able to confirm that such items does not conform with satisfactory quality standard, Storageheaters.com shall send to Customer an e-mail message confirming the acceptance of the defective item and start the refund procedure in order to have Customer reimbursed for the price paid for the defective item in the following thirty (14) days, irrelevant of the payment type formerly adopted by Customer. Refund of the item’s price shall always be done to the Customer who made the payment, only.
Placing an order
Any order placed by Customer shall be binding on Storageheaters.com only upon acceptance and further confirmation by Storageheaters.com, to be sent to Customer through an e-mail message. Storageheaters.com may at its own discretion refuse any order, or decide whether or not to totally or partially accept any modifications to the order requested by the Customer, provided requests reach Storageheaters.com before shipment of the selected items.
Any sale agreement between Storageheaters.com and Customer shall be understood as concluded only upon written confirmation of the order sent to Customer through an e-mail message by Storageheaters.com.
Storageheaters.com is entitled, at its discretion, to withhold, suspend or cancel delivery or fulfilment of any of its obligations under any sale contract with the Customer in case of material non fulfilment by the same Customer of obligations arising out of ‘previous or concurrent’ sale contract(s) with Storageheaters.com.
Out of stock
If any item that Customer has ordered is not available (not only temporarily), Storageheaters.com shall not be bound by any obligation to deliver; in this event Storageheaters.com will inform Customer about non-availability of the ordered item and reimburse the amount, if any, already received in payment of relevant price.
Pricing
The items’ prices shall always be invoiced in GBP currency. Storageheaters.com shall use its best endeavours to procure that prices indicated on this website are correct and updated. Delivery costs shall be charged on the Customer at the time of delivering the ordered item, according to the delivery fees in force at that time and as indicated in the applicable section of this website.
Delivery
Delivery of items purchased by the Customer shall be made to the indicated delivery address. Delivery costs and time of delivery may vary on a regional basis, with a maximum delivery time frame of 30 (thirty) days; should delivery be delayed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Storageheaters.com, Customer shall be notified with an alternative date of delivery.
Carrying products
Our drivers are not obliged to take storage heaters beyond the front door of a property – the customer must take responsibility for carrying products beyond the entrance. Nevertheless, drivers will normally unload product into a ground floor property. Customer must be in between 9-5pm to accept delivery according to estimated delivery date.
Installation
Any qualified electrician can install the product – we do not take responsibility for installation however can recommend a local ‘trusted electrician’ from the NICEIC database of qualified electricians.
Payment method
Payment shall be made by Customer at the time of placing the order either by credit/ debit card or as otherwise specified in the applicable section of this website.
UK Legislation
These T&C are subject to UK legislation. Each and any dispute deriving there from shall be deferred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts in United Kingdom only.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
